Every Wigglix piece is 3D printed using premium PLA+, a bioplastic made from renewable corn starch. It's tougher than ordinary PLA, finishes smoother, and is kinder to the planet than traditional plastic.

Every piece is 3D printed to order, so production takes 8–36 hours depending on complexity. Orders ship within 3–7 business days, and delivery takes a further 4–8 business days from dispatch.

Right now we ship within India only. We're a small team based in Kerala, and we're hoping to expand shipping in the future!

Yes — free shipping automatically applies on all orders above ₹1000. Orders below that are calculated at checkout.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours at hello@wigglix.com and we'll make it right.

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Keep them indoors, away from direct heat and moisture. A gentle wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth is all they need to stay looking their best.
