Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Wigglix Retail! We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India. Please read below for our shipping process and policies.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email & a watsapp message with tracking details.

    Note : All our products are made on order basis as they are 3D printed. It usually takes 8–36 hours to produce a model depending on its complexity.
    If you are purchasing an item as a gift, kindly mention it in the order notes so that we can prioritize your order accordingly.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders placed with international addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipment Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email & watsapp once your order has been shipped.

  • You can use this number to track your package on the courier partner’s website.


5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Please contact us if:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping.

  • You notice tracking issues or delivery failure notifications.

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, or if it’s lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • For damaged packages, include photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to delivery failure, re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
